1. Please try to charge and observe whether the indicator light inside the temple flashes;
2. If it flashes, it means that the two temples have not been bound. You need to disconnect the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, turn off the two temples, and then turn them on at the same time, wait for 3-5 seconds for the temples to adapt, and bind the phone after the adaptation is completed.
** Remember to turn on both temples to connect. If you only turn on one temple, only one temple will make a sound.

Please check whether the gold point of the magnetic charging is in contact, or swap the left and right magnetic charging terminals. Try to keep the charging cable at the top. Try not to touch it frequently during charging. If the indicator light on the inner side of the temple flashes, it means that it is charging.

We usually have 3 types of lenses, one is transparent anti-blue light, one is black polarized, and one is transparent photochromic. If the SKU you order is only transparent anti-blue light, it will not change color when exposed to light. You need to buy our photochromic lens SKU to change color under the sun. Please don't buy the wrong one.

Power on: Press the left and right T touch areas simultaneously for three seconds
Power off: Press the left and right T touch areas simultaneously for five seconds
Pause/play: Touch the left/right T touch area twice
Voice assistant: Touch the left temple T touch area three times
Previous song: Touch the left temple T touch area once
Next song: Touch the right temple T touch area once
Remote photo taking (after the camera is turned on): Touch the right temple T touch area three times
Volume increase: Long press the left temple T touch area for 1.5 seconds
Volume decrease: Long press the right temple T touch area for 1.5 seconds
Answer/end call: Single-tap the left/right T touch area twice
Reject call: Long press the left/right temple T touch area for 3 seconds

The K-G series products do not have cameras or photo taking functions. They only support remote photo taking after the phone camera is turned on. If you want to purchase a photo taking model, please check other models.
